These restful beauties were created during a series of life study workshops. We learnt to build from an anatomic perspective, starting from the internal structure, to understand the space required for all the body parts as we sit and rest. Seated and reclining poses are harder than they appear because there are a lot of body parts that shift and hide. What I adore most about restful poses is the languidness of the body when the model relaxes into the pose.
